Wouldn't read too much into briefings from either side at the moment. Clubs and agents use journalists to downplay and exaggerate demand for players all the time. The original from Alan Nixon read to me like it came from Azeez's agent (citing established prem clubs, citing a fee Millwall are looking for etc). |  |

In general he does do a decent job.
He hasn't covered himself in glory here though.
The only thing worse than spamming fans with "reportedly" speculation which is not properly evidenced is spamming us twice saying two contradictory things in quick succession when he clearly has no proper sources of his own on this.
On the substance: I like Azeez. But if Kieran thinks he can take his time, look elsewhere and do better, that's great. Especially as we've spent a lot of money in that position, and it hasn't been an unmitigated success. |  | | |
