Can't see a world where we would a kept less than £40million based on the Omari sale when we were in the champ. We are now in the Prem and he has done as much as Omari had when sold. | |

If he actually gets on the ball at all next season. Yes, he was dynamite in the Championship last season, but whoever plays in his position will spend most of their time ball-chasing next season, which isn't his strength. |  |

Get the feeling his agent is quite "active". There was talk of Turkey last summer.
Might just be his personalty but he's never looked particularly comfortable here. Certainly feels we're a stepping stone for him. He's 24, no longer a youngster and he might see an opportunity abroad (Italy or Spain) as more preferable than a likely season of struggle in the PL. |  |

Agree, if somebody wants to spend silly money, ok as we have strength down that side.

Omari had just had a relatively decent season in the premier League to show what he could do. Jaden, hasn't.

What with transfer fee inflation, Forest supporters not being impressed most of the season, a non season for us (albeit promising while playing for a poor team with no midfielders), if you are going to make a fee comparison, I wouldn’t let JP go for a fee less than £35m-£40m.

Both Jaden and Jack are very lightweight for the Premiership. I’d be cashing in on one. Getting someone more robust in for that left hand side. The one that stays would be good enough for back up. |  | | |

Jaden was great on the pitch last season sharing that role with Clarke … but I’d not be bothered if he left… the Prem season he had was very average and if the Italian league is after him and he and his agent are interested that says a lot .. it’s fast becoming a Saudi/MLS league for ageing superstars or average prem players but without the money.
I’ve never really felt he was here right from the start of the soap opera of him joining… thanks for the all the Norwich fish/goals but it’s ok by me if he goes. |  |

Their record signing is 15m euro. He cost £20m and wouldn't sell him for less than £30m. So 35m euros. That would be the 10th highest fee in Italian football in the last 5 years. Not happening. | | | |

Listen, you'll get no argument from me that he looked mustard in the Championship, but Sunderland have really shown the way.
We need some real beef in the squad and carrying both Clarke and Philogene feels a risk we can't afford. | |

Not sure it’s particularly fair to judge too much on last time and he was brilliant for us last season at times.
Probably the only member of our current squad that has a ceiling much higher than a yo-yo club for me but let’s see. | | | |
