| KM to Strasbourg ? 15:44 - Jun 24 with 2313 views | tetchris | I know KM has said he wants a break to spend time with his family, but allegedly BlueCo are looking for another English manager to replace GON. Could KM be tempted and head to France for a season or two and wait for a PL job becomes available? | | | | |

Ditto the number of people who are keen to say "I don't care about KM now, all I care about is ITFC". Someone does a wonderful thing for you, then has to go for their own sake and you cease to care about them instantly... and feel the need to shout it out. That's low grade, that is.

I get your view but it's unhealthy to look back, you could tell ashton, oneil were really trying to look at the future and whilst the past can't be forgotten, it has to be left alone now. If people keep looking back, Oneil will never get rid of the shackles of being the man that followed KM

There's a difference between pining for the past and having some respect for and decency towards those who have been on the journey (sry, yuck!) with you! I'm talking about people who for some reason feel the need to say "who cares!" etc. whenever KMc is mentioned.

People always do what’s in their best interests. Doesn’t make him a liar, multiple reasons can co-exist for something at the same time.., it’s just as football fans and media. A bit less so. He came close to agreeing terms with Palace, DID agree terms with Brighton, and not exclusively but probably mostly stayed for £5 million reasons and a £150 million squad investment. Why wouldn’t he use the break to mitigate his £8 million release and do better for himself? Celtic or abroad and the competition clause might as well be made from chocolate. He will have taken advice before jumping. He’s knackered and has run v fast. He hasn’t built a squad for this level. Ashton relationship soured. Can mitigate his release depending on where he go’s They’re probably all true, maybe other factors we don’t know about, but listening to him and Ashton and seeing his behaviours previously, he WILL look after KM, it’s very obvious we were always a stepping stone.., more success last promotion means he stayed, but relegation and £5 million could never ever work, and he shit himself in the foot.., but career wise and financially I’m not convinced he’ll be too bothered. We get bogged down in the romance. He doesn’t. If he did. He’d still be here, or would have cited the failures and left…, he’s looking after his brand, and fair play, he has earned the right tbf.

He's not a liar, he's a football manager. While I don't think he will wind up taking Gary's job, he will have a job sooner than people are expecting, especially as clubs will start getting desperate again a few months from now and the money will start being offered.

If a Premier League team came calling on his services it would be because they fear relegation, to be honest I don't think Kieron is sort of manager to dig you out of a relegation battle, he's not Sean Dyche. I think he may well end up at West Ham if they aren't top two by Christmas

He will have plenty of options, Carrick didn't pull up any trees at Boro and ended up Manure manager. Liam Rosenior had Delap, Jaden, and co in the Championship and didn't lay a glove on it and ended up at Chelsea. McKenna is a better manager than both of those two, there is no reason why he wouldn't get a top club.
