Often when seeing pre season trips like this you might notice a few differences in physique also. Jack Clarke as always seemed especially slender for a footballer. However I'm sure I saw a photo of him much bigger the other day....if that's the case and he's stronger for the Prem this time around I think he could be a serious player this season. 10 goals maybe. |  | | |

There are new rules in place around 'bomb squads' and other ways of isolating players. I think it can now be done by agreement but not as a way of forcing players out. | |
