On the brightside we'll have a few more pennies in the transfer kitty! (Although I'm guessing with prices rises everywhere the project has probably over run quite a bit financially).

I don't think cash will be a problem. The main factor will be SCR which the training ground doesn't touch. Theoretically could impact SSR, but that's unlikely.

I would hope that the contract included protection on costs as well, so that any overspend as a result of poor budgeting is the responsibility of the contractor, rather than the club.
