One of the lines in 'Midnight On The Murder Mile' is "I was walking towards the flashing smile of the Crystal Palace tower" ...hence my username since moving to Crystal Palace.

My guess is that Strasbourg have no say whatsoever in any of this and we’re dealing with Chelsea who will want some sort of insurance on him in terms of sell on etc should he do well here - possibly even a buy back.

If we are dealing with Chelsea, as you suggest, wouldn't that be tantamount to co-ownership? Which would need to be clear in the players contract and of public knowledge.
