I think that is really decent in today’s market, as crazy as it sounds, with his ceiling and age that has huge potential to be doubled if we stay up and he performs. His name and profile is already out there globally.

All depends if we are playing him as a 9 or not. If we are, 12 goals is not a great return.
If he's replacing Jaden and his goals come from a wider position, then 12 goals is obviously decent.

Your wrong, that is correct.
They found issues in the medical and reduced the offer to £8.5m but added in other clauses which could mean the transferred reached £17m
