It was pretty disgraceful. Until about half two *everyone* coming into either the Fanzone or the west stand was coming through ONE gate with four people doing security checks for what must have been six thousand people or so. Absolutely absurd. Queues hundreds of metres long in three directions, looked totally amateurish (and meant that even having shown up really early we couldn’t go in the Fanzone because there were still long queues for the west stand.

A few basic signs would help. Most people were confused if queue for the West Stand the Fanzone or both. Then some unhappy fans who had been queueing since 1:30, reached the front of the queue at 2:10 to be told they aren't allowed into the Fanzone after 2pm as their ticket was for SBR |  | | |

I honestly can’t see how it can be fixed now. The remodelling of the West Stand is so bad and without a separate entry for fans there that bypasses the fanzone then there’s not much that can be done. The NFC readers did slow things down too but 95% of it was because of this crap new layout. | | | |

Im not downplaying how annoying this is but I don't think the club could have made it anymore clear to arrive much earlier for this game.
Was always going to be some gremlins/issues.
They will be worked out.
Despite all that sorry to hear it was bad and that people had a bad experience. But hope the win made it all worth it! | |

This was at 2/2.15 and there were massive queues that didn't clear until after KO from the sounds of things. |  |

Someone told me their biggest complaint was their season ticket said gates said 42-57 - they sit in the family section West stand upper. Queues into end gates had massive queues so they went in via gate 44, NFC.
But they couldn't walk all the way along the inner concourse because in the middle is the hospitality section. They were told to go up the stairs and walk along the upper walkway, again not poss because of the hospitality area on that level.
Were told to go up into the seat area, walk down towards the front and walk along from there.
Seems a bit silly if you season ticket is telling you to use any gate, but then you have to do all that to get to your seat. | | | |

I noticed the long queue in Alderman Park but, arriving at around 2.25, the queues for the upper north were shorter than most games in the last couple of seasons, and we were inside within less than 5 minutes.
