Don't get the downvote the poster is right, there are other blatant dives where nothing is given, there was one very recently and I remember commenting to my son why there wasn't a yellow and when Ipswich do it we get a yellow. And so it happened ...

Every other team does it. It is what the game has become and this type of cheating (let’s not call it gamesmanship) does cause some moments that change a game and make a difference in the season. Exhibit 1 Arsenal. I’m fed up seeing other players do it to us, we should not be the easy touch. And the games never going back, unless we are happy letting players clear each other out a-la Keane and Jones

Buy a foul is terrible terminology. He tried to cheat and was found out. Deserved everything he got. Let the team and supporters down. I like him as a player, he’s young and hopefully he will learn from this, but cheating in any sport should always be discouraged with sanctions. | | | |
