Fabio needs to move away from the tactic of blocking every punch with his head, and he may have a good night!

Hoping he can do it but think it will go exactly the same as the first unfortunately

Very surprised Fabio took the fight again so soon after the first one. He is going to get knocked out, you'd imagine, and take some serious damage.

Thank god his corner stopped it. There was no coming back into this one, whatever his powers of staying on his feet are.

There are levels in this game, and that was a stark demonstration.

Again! Hit me in the head again!
I'm going nowhere pal.
Hit me again!
Hope he takes a good length of time away now.

Yes. He is probably fuming at them now, but will thank them later for probably saving his life. What an odd fight, he was not in it at all.

I was briefly... Fabio where was your guard? walked into those punches. Left him with no chance Dubois schooled him game over.
Equally Fabio had a scar on his nose... but too upright hands lowered and not enough leg movement.
Shame but any boxer who steps in the ring is super brave. Time for Wardley to rest and work on his weaknesses and come again. Didn't land a decent shot unfortunately.

It didn't look like he'd learned anything from the first fight. Did he even want to be in the ring?

If his corner had done the right thing last time and chucked the white towel in after the first 6 rounds, maybe Fab would have stood a better chance here, but he didn't look like he wanted to be there. Just glad it got stopped before anything worse could happen.

Agreed. If Wardley had grown up boxing like these pedigree fighters then who knows, but considering he didn’t I hope he at some appreciates what he’s achieved.
As for Dubois, would love to see him go on and show once and for all he’s the real deal.

Something wasn't right at all, to your point zero lessons learned and basically all at sea game plan wise. Having your chin twisted through 90 degrees in the first round is the beginning of the end. Far too upright... anyway still an absolute warrior!

Yep. The belts need unification, these multiple champions make it all feel like a side show.

He looked shocked at the power of Dubois. Daniel was definitely a different animal in this fight.

Maybe. I hate saying it, I think it was that he was found out by a pedigree fighter properly and quickly this time. [Post edited 17 Oct 23:05]
