| Can the entitled morons in our crowd stop gleefully getting on Jaden's back 23:18 - Oct 23 with 2696 views | jasondozzell | From minute 1? Top player for us who is coming back from injury and getting used to the PL again. He's trying to play into form. Did some good things. But morons can't wait for first mistake. How about supporting our player? Bet they are all giving it large when he scored against scum. Success brings some idiotic support out of the woodwork. | | | | |
| Can the entitled morons in our crowd stop gleefully getting on Jaden's back on 23:26 - Oct 23 with 2111 views | FrimleyBlue | He doesnt help himself tho JD So many times he could have gone outside taken the player with him. Open up a gap for julio. But instead kept turning in and losing the ball. Even that shot he had from the 6 yard box, he slowed the attack down prior when he could have been direct and it gave Forest time to get back into positiion. When/if he purrrs again the crowd will cheer him on. But when weve seen clarke create and jayden struggling you do feel a sense of shock when Jayden gets the nod ahead of Clarke. | |

Let me explain: I don’t like audible moaning or whatever you want to call it but he wasn’t as good as he could be IMO - his ‘style’ doesn’t help him with some thing, I think the ‘groaning’ is just human nature though. All in all I expect better from him. [Post edited 23 Oct 23:42]

Fair points Frimmers and his decision making was poor today admittedly. He lost the ball too cheaply and did slow things down. But he's also a player that is better from standing start, he's the opposite of Clarke in that respect. We know the ability is there. I think we just need more patience. He didn't fire straight away when he came here. I think GON is being smart giving him game time and trying to get him up to speed. I just hope our crowd can see that he needs support not barracking. He's a confidence player. [Post edited 23 Oct 23:33]

Yeah fair enough really. He's not found his form yet at all has he. Needs to impact the game more. Let's hope he can get going soon because I think at his best he's a really special player.

If he purrs again, the crowd will cheer him on. I can’t believe that we only cheer on the players that are in top form and buzzing. Do we ignore the ones that are struggling a bit or lacking confidence or shall we actively boo them? Try supporting the whole team. It might be quite fun.

We know the championship ability is there. Im unsure if he has that speed of play for this level. Prem defencew are too quick and sensible to fall for the droo shoulder inverted run. With clarke he covers it as you dont know which way hes going but also because he also plays people in.

| Can the entitled morons in our crowd stop gleefully getting on Jaden's back on 23:41 - Oct 23 with 1982 views | Stenvict | The sooner he realises he's up against PL full backs who won't give him time on the ball, the better. One of the only successful things he did was at the start of the 2nd half when he popped the ball through the Forest player's legs and won a foul. As soon as he stops and stands them up, they crowd him out and he loses the ball. | |

What also doesn't help though, is trying to force a move out of the club all summer. Agent or not, he works for Jaden.

Just natural. If hed scored the whole crowd would have cheered But if you were expecting clarke and then watched jayden running into players and slowing the play down its gonna cause murmours.

All of our front players had tough games today, up against a strong defence. Enciso apart, all struggled. Yet it always seems to be Jayden that gets it in the neck.

Mainly because the others are all direct players and they all do something different

Tho, to be fair, pretty much every time he got the ball, there were two or three Forest players pinning him to the touchline. As they were also doing to Fatawu on the other side. It was a clear tactic to negate our wide threat.

I would pay any attention to what fans do. I was disappointed when I saw him starting, as he doesn't look ready to start games at the moment, but none of our forwards really got into the game.

I agree Jason. He is a special talent. Class will out and he will get there. He’s far more likely to impact sooner with encouragement or even being left alone, but our finest will never allow that. The hate list is alive and with Hirst moving on, he’s top of it. Why people get so much pleasure abusing their own players is beyond me.

No argument at all. 2) Jaden had a fairly poor game and is struggling to get up to speed this season - he needs to be much quicker with whatever he tries to do in this league. Ultimately though, anyone getting on his back won't help him or us.

Agree with both points. And agree with the point that another poster made on forest tactics which throttled both wing players as options. Fatawu had a prettty uneventful game as well. I think one thing that is interesting is watching the evolution of Clarke. He has become so much more effective due to a few things for me 1. Strong runs off the ball into good spaces (making space for others even when he does not want the ball) 2. Adapting to the speed of play in this league getting the ball out of his feet much quicker and progressing quickly into space ahead of him, and often looking for the pass 3. Adding to his game more variety as to whether he will go inside or outside or do a quick 1–2 As a result I think he plays much better with both Davis and Enciso I think philogene and Fatawu who are both raw at this level might look at this and find a better formula on how to be effective in the prem. difficult for philo coming back from injury in such a punishing league. But Clarkes development has really been quite something and if the others can follow in his footsteps we will have some serious options available. [Post edited 24 Oct 8:11]

I agree with this, he was very effecù⁶tively marked put of the game by Forest, 2 or 3 defenders on him every time he received the ball. That, to me, shows it's not only GO'N who sees him as a real threat but the Glasner does too. Anyway, I thought he got good applause as he walked round the pitch after being subbed and was good to see him showing his appreciation back

So he slowed the play down which in turn created a chance for him a few seconds later, so what’s the issue? He started the attack and nearly finished so that makes you to be annoyed by him, makes no sense!

Because at the time he had lots of space in front of him with forest running back facing their own goal with only few forest players in the box. By the time hed slowed it down and passed it back to palacios there was suddenly 6 forest players back. The chance fell to him after as palacios decided to pop it in the box. If hed chosen to retain possession it would have been an opportunity not taken by jaydens preference of slowing things down. That grinds my bones watching so can imagine at the ground it can be frustrating when you see all the space to be attacked.

I was surprised he started tbh, he’s looked off it for a while. Seems to struggle with the physicality of the PL to me, ball retention was poor. I’m all for giving players a chance, but for me Maeda should be starting, he looked much more effective (albeit he came in on the right).
| Can the entitled morons in our crowd stop gleefully getting on Jaden's back on 09:02 - Oct 24 with 850 views | ZapatasMoustache | He’s looking very tentative both going into challenges and stretching his legs on the outside of defenders, but I suspect that is a post injury hangover. He’ll get there, if we let him. The bloke next to me in the first half was absolutely losing it at him, properly apoplectic at times. He then didn’t come out for the second half and the woman behind said a man had collapsed in the bar. It actually might have been him, he was in a state. | | | |
