Garner out Bogle in? 18:59 - Jun 30 with 2999 views | titanicclown | Suspect PH is looking for a more phsyically imposing option up front. I know Garner is popular but when you look at Garner, Waghorn and Sears there is an obvious height problem. Hurst and Omar Bogle obviously had success together and theres no way hes getting a game for Cardiff in the prem. 2 + 2 = 5?

I reffed a school game with Bogle once, good player but sulky if I remember correctly, Nathan Blissett was a couple of years above , no wonder we got beat both times¬ I moved to teach at the school they went to after he left, taught Bogles cousin. Blissett on the other hand has kept in touch with a few members of staff, has returned to school to speak to kids and some staff still go and watch him play now and again (some went to Wembley a few years back) - as far as I know no-one keeps in touch with Bogle..

Bogle seems like a guy who needs an arm round his shoulder, needs to feel like the main man. Even if he came in for Garner, can't see him dislodging Waghorn and will probably end in sour circumstances if he is sitting on the bench every week.

Blissett's uncle was quite a star at Watford and AC Milan. Also allegedly a mafia leader - nonsense of course.

Never heard of that rumour about Luther Blissett. He was a very good player.

Also Blissett was famously bought by AC Milan - who thought they were buying John Barnes. Oh, for the good old days of casual, institutionalised racism...

That's a myth that has been widely debunked.

Yes, and Luther was good enough for them to have genuinely wanted him.
