Shadiq Khan is at fault for anything bad in London according to the right wing. Saw someone on Twitter the other day have a go at him on Twitter for a signal failure on the tube. Frustrating for that person I imagine but London has one of the best transport networks in the country (and I wouldn’t credit Khan for it either).
People got stabbed and we had terrorist attacks before Shadiq was Mayor. It’s stupid. |  |

Worth noting there wasn’t a peep when some arse mounted the pavement and deliberately ran down school kids. Not a peep. That’s how disgusting this has got - people would rather use something at this to rant at immigrants, Muslims and a Labour politician than at actual child killers. |  |

I don't think he's done a particularly good job as mayor but he gets a ridiculously rough time just because he's a brown muslim. For example, the rise in London knife crime gets lots of coverage and is blamed on him, but it's barely mentioned that it's gone up up all across the country.
