I used to really enjoy watching Sheringham - great player. Similar to Berbatov insofar as they were just brilliant, technical footballers. Not at the same level of course but
Stewart's ability coming off the front and his finesse in front of goal often reminded me of Sheringham. I remember Peter Taylor saying something similar about Scowy when he signed him at Leicester. | | | |
