well Umbro & Admiral managed it ok, and Nike have given the Dutch more than just a plain orange kit, its orange with quite a neat semi geometric design that looks like a sewn in pattern but I assume its printed. Plus they managed to put the collar on the right way around too.
Im convinced the FA are just worried if the kit diverges too much from the norm they wont sell enough, so all they do is ask Nike to muck around with the badge/collar position |  | | |
