I've always wondered why those penguins that huddle down in the Antarctic chose the Antarctic in the first place. Surely over millions of years of evolution one pair of penguins would have said "it's a bit sh1t down here, coldest place on earth, horrendous storms, slippery surface to walk on, no shops, shall we try somewhere else?" Surely a nice warm beach is a better bet than there?
