Yeah, not sure why the EFL have done this “plea deal” agreement. I’m sure there are legal reasons but it doesn’t sit right

Looks like the EFL have finally grown a pair doesn’t it . Clubs have been flouting the financial rules for years . Why has it taken SO long to dish these punishments out.

On the point of punishment, how have Derby been allowed to “ negotiate” their own punishment with regards to points deducted?
