We’re taking 3500 to Charlton and 28000 at home to Sunderland despite being at our lowest position since most have been alive.

Our fans have hardly uttered a murmur other than a handful at end of Crewe which was hardly audible and more frustration than anything. One thing that cant be said is our fans aren't a credit to this club or not patient. We've been waiting nigh on a decade for anything to cheer. | |

Of course it fk doesn't. Anyone on here who's ever had to manage people knows that you're responsible for making sure they have what they need to do their job, they know their job and then manage the whole culture and emotional side. It shouldn't be hard to understand. You see it often enough in football when the same group of players performs completely differently after a new manager arrives. | |
