What really grinds my gears is calling people by their nicknames. Nors…. I don’t know James Norwood or wish to, so why would I use the term Nors? Becks, Lamps, Jezza Grrrr. The exceptions I can think of is Bart for Bialkowski and that’s because his surname is a right mouthful that I can’t spell without looking it up. |  | | |
