Scott Fraser 23:16 - Apr 9 with 2814 views | Hipsterectomy | I thought it was a mistake letting him go, especially to a club who could be a promotion rival next season. It looks like he’s been unremarkable for them and their fans think he’s been generally useless since coming in. He’s played 9, scored 0, assisted 1 for them, was dropped to the bench last game and then yesterday was out of the squad with a knock. It looks like they’ve tried to incorporate him into every midfield role to get the best out of him but he just hasn’t been very good. A strange player as he’s obviously very talented

I've rarely seen a less athletic player in a town shirt.

Tony Dinning and Jonathan Douglas are the only two that spring immediately to mind.

Scott Fraser on 03:46 - Apr 10 with 2378 views | BigCommon | From what I saw of him in a Town shirt. he only looked half decent in games where he was neither pressed hard, or asked to press hard.. A bit of a luxury player.... I suppose you have to credit Russel Martin (I think?) at MKD, during Frasers time there. For getting the best out of him. Where the likes of Cook, here and Jackson, at Charlton ,either , haven't been able to. (So far, in Jacksons case).... He always looked a bit lazy, to me. Generally unmotivated. I never took a shine to him. Prefer a midfielder with a bit more bite in their locker. On top of anything else... I'd also argue, that , playing in front of 20k expectant fans at Ipswich, is a different world to playing in front of 7k at MKD.. Some players will struggle with that, imo..

Yes, and I've seen you doing it through a knot-hole in the fence. You really should keep it for the privacy of the shed. You'll scare the horses.

Scott Fraser on 08:48 - Apr 10 with 1934 views | Hipsterectomy | I wonder if last season was his Jon Nolan at Shrewsbury where everything went right for him, his stock rose considerably, then a move away ruined everything. The player that Charlton fans have seen rip them apart before compared to the one they have now is a shock to them

Could be a gold call this. He was arguably a big fish at Burton where he did well and then MK Dons. Fair play to MK they've really pushed on this year. The one player all summer I wanted us to sign was Twine and what a replacement he was for them.

Never seen a slower player? - unless you're old enough to have seen the great Jimmy Leadbetter, who rarely raised a trot, yet mesmerised his opponents. [Post edited 10 Apr 2022 14:31]

Shoehorning him into the side was a big part of why we dropped so many points in the first few games. Talented or otherwise.

Probably didn’t help us that he scored such a good goal in the opening game
Scott Fraser on 10:17 - Apr 10 with 1627 views | DJR | Despite the fact that he was not the most physical of players, he is second only to Celina in terms of chances created according to the BBC, despite not having played since probably November. I remember Bonne mentioning he liked the service he received from Fraser, and maybe it is significant that the goals have dried up since his departure. In many ways he is similar to Celina in terms of his ability to play a killer pass, but clearly not as flashy. By comparison the vast majority of Chaplin's passes go nowhere. Scott Fraser on 16:03 - Apr 15 with 1138 views | Hipsterectomy | Just noticed he’s not in the Charlton squad again today. Last week he wasn’t there for a “knock”. I wonder if he will head back to Scotland in the summer
