I thought he was poor today.
His distribution was not great and dallying on the ball on numerous occasions put us under unnecessary pressure. It was obvious after 5 minutes that Plymouth were going to press very high but he just kept on making the same mistake. |  | | |

But distribution is extremely important for us especially the way we play.
And with so little chances concedes, we need someone who has a much higher save % which might help us keep cleansheets again. | |

Last season he was the best keeper in the league, this season I’m not so sure.
Distribution was very poor today and I can’t think of anything this season he’s saved which you wouldn’t have expected him to, I don’t think he’s exactly won us points like he did at times last year.
Still a very good keeper for this level. |  |

He is being outperformed by an awful lot of keepers in league one though ?
When you look at the amount of shots he faces and how many go in... it really isnt great. He has been at fault for a few goals this season as well.
The way I tend to look at it, is like this. How many times does your keeper make 'good saves', saves where you get off your seat and applaud. I dont expect one a game, by any means. But I do expect Walton to have more of those moments than he has. A big reason why Plymouth are top, is because Cooper has those moments, when Plymouth are under the cosh they can rely on Cooper to save them. Walton doesnt give me that feeling. | |

Even Wolfie was telling him to calm down and slow down.
I think at times the atmosphere gets the better of him and he tries to offload the ball too quickly. When in games like today, time was needed. |  |
