Can you find out if the club are going to film the pitch refurbs In the summer. Something like a live cam feed from one of the stands.

Something random I know. But I'm intrigued by the work to be undertaken.

Maybe not to you but I think it's quite interesting. How far down do they go. How the process works. The desso element etc going in. Under soil heating. New sprinker systems etc etc

I accept to some it's of no interest but Its something of interest to me.

Not completely sure. Ashton talks about a "hybrid stitch pitch", which is how SIS describe their pitches. If it is not SIS, then I would still expect the technology and installation to be similar to the video.

6 weeks work apparently! Me thinks the grounds team definitely don’t want play-offs and if we do I reckon we’ll be requesting an away game first game of next season.

Now you mention it, MA has talked about Desso pitches too.

From what I can tell, they seem to be similar, a mixture of natural grass and artificial turf fibres.

It's definitely a smaller piece of astro. That was mentioned.

I'm still intrigued if there will be any movement of the cobbold side advertising boards as the pitch is being widened slightly and there doesn't seem much room over that side as it is now.
