On facebook, every post about Ipswich that comes up on my feed, there is a plymouth fan barking on about "why not us".
They do seem a weird lot. Seem to have some sort of "small team syndrone" where they should be praised for everything and no other team is allowed any praise haha |  | | |

You don't think they have a point? They won the league with 100 points. They kept a team who very nearly had the first 100/100 season in the football league in second place and all anyone talks about is us going up.
I really do get it. If we win the league next season (just making a point...) but Leeds finish second then we will be the ones complaining. |  |

The importance we place on external validation varies among people though doesn't it lol, not so much fanbases. I am confident there will be many Plymouth fans having a lovely time and not giving two hoots about media coverage, as will there be plenty of town fans covered by your point. | | | |

Incorrect. Plenty of posts about them. (EDIT and a lot of praise from other fans too)
Post about 100 goals (they didn't get) and our high away attendances (which they didn't get near).
No-one ever said we were honoury top because of our goals/attendances.
TO answer the point, no I wouldn't. what's it matter if people go on about Leeds. If they were smashing teams 4,5,6 nil while we were scraping last min winners, I would understand why there is post about them? [Post edited 18 May 2023 15:02]
