No.

We'd have to be convinced Walton would miss half the season or Hladky was also injured to dip into loan market.

As they would be taking up a squad place. And I don't think you can 'emergency loan' if you have a capable reserve fit and ready.

Absolutely not. Especially now as our whole game is based around playing from the back.

Yes, that too.

Infact Hladky is probably the best back up you'll get for that anyway.

Is he any better now than Hladky? Not sure why people are hating on Vac so much, he's a capable understudy. If we can't trust him to cover for a few games then you have to question why he's still here.

I think I prefer Hladky to Walton.
Both probably have gaffs in their lockers, but I think Hladky is better with the ball at his feet. I know he nearly messed up in the tournament last week, but that's out of his system now.
We should have no concerns if Walton is out for a week or two. No more than if Walton was in goal anyway.

Re Walton, I gather he's off to see his specialist today, hence not at the Open Day.

If Hladky were to get injured as well we would be allowed an emergency loan as Slicker is a non-qualifier for senior experience

....we don't need Bart smashing them up with his goal kicks.
