This forum suffers from not having a dedicated match thread during games, like most other club forums - where if someone is dissapointed by a player having an off game they don't have to start a whole thread about it. It just gets posted in the heat of the moment and then the thread moves on.
Whereas TWTD just gives the impressions a small % of the Town fans are entitled whingebags with all the negative ingame threads. | | | |

It's almost as if some people, after a year and a half, don't realise that, in what feels to me like eight times out of ten when we are playing on Sky under McKenna:
We play reasonably in the First Half, but let in a sucker punch goal.
Then step it up a gear in the Second Half and either win or draw.

I'm one of the guilty 'during game posters' since I stopped going.
Don't know why. Nervous energy maybe, living alone and having nobody to talk about it with, I've always thought I'm a little bit undiagnosed ADHD as well so I am rather fidgety and hyper and easily distracted. The age of the internet hasn't really helped me. [Post edited 13 Jan 2024 20:49]

I don’t think game time is what this is aimed at. I assumed it was pointed at people loosing their bottle after a difficult spell and thinking we’d blown it by not getting a striker in already (amongst other moans). Could be wrong though.
Game time, people just chew the fat. The good, bad and ugly of all of it. That’s fine and natural for a sport where emotions are high. Having a blub in the cold light of day because you’re not getting what you want is very different. |  |
