I know you have to play everyone twice, but I think they've fallen pretty well for us. With the obvious caveat 'there are no easy games in the Premier League' we don't really have a proper run of terrible fixtures. I think the worst looks to be around Christmas when we play Newcastle, Chelsea and Arsenal and then the same teams in mid-late April.
After the first two games of the season, we have a run of 8 games where 7 are against sides you'd expect to be mid table or lower. A chance to build our way into the season. |  | | |  |

Also like that only Spurs away will be moved to the Sunday, to accommodate their Europa League tie on 7th November.
Obviously other fixtures will be moved for TV, but at least the Spurs/Man Utd/Chelsea European group stage matches will have minimal impact on us. | | | |

I think someone at the PL has rigged it for us. At home first and last games, a favourable run in, the big boys spread out… they want us to stay up.
Maybe whoever it was that gave us all those last min goals and deflections last season has a new job at the PL from his old job in the EFL |  |

I'm happy with it too, get 2 tough games out the way hopefully grab something from one or both games. Then if we have any chance of staying up we need to be beating teams like Fulham at home so 3 points for the third game
Xmas always throws up strange results so Chelsea and Arsenal could work well
The only thing I dont like, is that the cup final is on 2 matches before the end of the season! Should always be the last game of the season. I know it was the same this year but we weren't involved. | | | |

Ok maybe a tad optimistic. As it goes I think it’s good to get two of the hardest fixtures early. You never know. In terms of how the fixtures have panned out overall, happy with that.
