Interesting thing to tweet when he's been told himself to keep out of politics.

Bye Tom. Is Sunak returning your calls now you're now longer a useful idiot?

Truly impaired.

Please tell me that someone’s replied to him with something like ‘didn’t the electorate of Ipswich just tell you to do this.’

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

not sure but this is a cracking reply "Do you dislike the clergy because you've just been beaten by an Abbott?"

The archbishop is the senior cleric of the Church of England and a member of the upper chamber (part of our legislative system), so he is required to comment on politics. You however are an absurd out of a job non entity, so pipe down and go away in a jerky motion.

Sadly it seems there are over 1300 people who agree with the moron.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

I for one don't think the Archbishop of Canterbury is a moron.

From Luke Chapter 14.

12. Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

13 But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:

14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

However much you hate/dislike/like/love Sunak or Starmer their speeches about each other were class and dignified. Gracious in defeat and magnanimous in victory. Tom Hunt is just a C***.

This won't be the last we hear of Hunt because he will probably end up in some right wing think tank.

Fundamentally he has a small point. Clergy should not be in the house of lords. However, their position is fundamentally political in nature in any eent and they are entitled to comment accordingly.

Right wing think tank is an oxymoron.

Sunak was gracious towards Starmer, but I had an issue with him bleating on about how generous the UK was to his parents after he introduced laws splitting up families where at least one member was a non-Brit. He just comes across as a small/minded and weak man.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

He tried to appear magnanimous. I am entirely unconvinced as to the sincerity.
