In defense of Everton it was under an old regime (assuming they've been bought) and you're punishing them for something they didn't do. Boooo.
In defense of Leicester, they were the plucky team who competed with the big boys and won the League. It's the EPL deep state getting their own back. Boooo.

I certainly want the rules to be enforced properly, and with real teeth. And I would not mourn for Man City regardless of what, if any, punishment they end up getting.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves. It's not quite right to say that a team is 'due to have punishment' before the charges have even been determined. |  | | |
