As someone remarked to me at the weekend, Trump has never had to learn to speak coherently and, frankly, can't be @rsed to do so. He's always got what he needed without having to do any of that.
Indeed, that very incoherence is one of the keys to his political success. Supporters can layer whatever meaning they want onto his verbal ramblings, whereas a more precise speaker might have said things they disagree with. Plus it does not display the educated elitism which has been tied closely to liberal politics and the Washington establishment.

Like most things Trump, this topic was heavily talked up and ends up a damp squib. Not all documents were released, some remain redacted and sole gunman theory continues to be promoted. The truth is out there !

There was a big cover up and many vital pieces of information including Kennedy's brain disappeared.
