Coventry will have a run of poor results at some point, every team does in the Championship. It's such an attritional league that it is almost impossible to maintain form week in week out. |  |

They were also going To tighten up results wise and goal scoring wise, they were on for 150 goals and 120 points.

Why? they are miles ahead of those likely to overtake them. Most on here saying 90 points. They have practically half that and 26 games to play to get 46 more.

I would still make them overwhelming favourites, 10 points to 3rd is a big gap, and as you say will take a big turnaround to haul them in.
But.......this is the Championship, it's a horribly punishing season, and maybe some doubts have been sown in the last couple of games for them. If we get to January and they are still similarly placed, after the hectic December schedule, then I'd say it will be very hard to see them failing though. If that lead is cut to say 5 points though, then that's a margin that can easily be eaten up. | |
