Potentially a good loan location for some of our Academy players - we know he is good at working with young players and location wise it's close enough for our staff to visit relatively easily.

Poll: What % of our full potential are we currently playing at?

DIdn't he leave us under a bit of a cloud over something fairly small, or didn't like the changed Gamechanger were bringing in?

Comes across as someone who thinkis he's better than he is. TIme will tell. Good luck to him!

I think he was disenchanted about the lack of first team chances for our younger players.

Had a bit of a point about younger players not getting chances. Mind you, things have changed a lot. If we'd stayed as an Evans run club... Humphreys and Baggott would be first team regulars ..... but in L1.

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!

Could be a great first job if things go well. Southend have really impressive support these days.

Spoke pretty openly about that. And was pretty annoyed at the way Norwood was treated iirc. Never put a name to the person he was angry at but got the impression maybe the relationship with Ashton/Rolls was not great.

Poll: Will Paul Lambert be Ipswich Town manager on the final day of this season ?
