For a counterattacking team, running and shooting are not bad attributes to have. Especially if you've also got a poaching striker to follow up for any rebounds. |  |

Looks like he's played off the left/right fairly evenly over his career. Not sure where he particularly fits though if O'Neil looks to play 3-4-2-1 or 3-5-2 quite often - I wouldn't say he is much of a 10. | | | |
