All going swimmingly at West Ham then 04:46 - Jan 5 with 2539 views | The_Romford_Blue | - Protests against Brady who had undercover security and bodyguards filming the West Ham fans for the game Saturday - A steward punched a fan (all over Twitter if you haven't seen it) leading to a mass reaction from the fans to the stewards - They seem to not be able to win at the new stadium - The main singing group were separated and season ticket holders in that area moved - They are rarely able to get into pubs because it's rammed - Many season ticket holders are so high up they have to watch via the screen - Many fans claiming the club has completely lost its identity and soul with '10,000 upper class day trippers' every match - In a recent poll of 6500 West Ham season ticket holders, 52% said they wouldn't renew. - Fighting between fans and stewards on three separate occasions already - Food and drink priced ridiculously high like at Wembley plus popcorn being sold? - Oh And talk of an 'AFC West Ham united' being started up LOL [Post edited 5 Jan 2017 4:51]

They could well look to north london at what spurs are doing, building a new stadium designed for a footballing experience. Looks like they have learnt from the souless Aresnal bowl in how they have designed the new WHL stadium.

All going swimmingly at West Ham then on 07:31 - Jan 5 with 1685 views | Cambonbleu | My mate & his brother in law have season tickets, as a result of the latter's wife having a baby i've been to West Ham twice this season. -The issue with the stewards is that they sacked all of the Upton park Stewards and employed the Olympic Stadium Stewards - obviously this is a very different crowd of people and the stewards currently at the stadium have no idea how to deal with the fans -The atmosphere is awful - there are pockets of singing but no atmosphere at all. The club are apparently moving people who request it to try and sort this out and next season hope it'll be better after people realise where they'd rather sit. -The pubs aren't great but there's loads of bars in the stadium and beer is £2.80 a pint before kick off to encourage fans to go there. Imagine leaving your seat at half time, popping to the tpoilet and buying a pint. It's possible at West ham because the facilities are excellent - something we can only dream of at PR. -It's not that high - my mate's ticket is high up but we all sat higher at Old Trafford last season in the Cup -The cinema style popcorn and big coke is bloody ridiculous and everyone thinks so. Literally never seen anyone buy popcorn in my 2 trips Not trying to be contradictory Romford just weighing in with my own match day experience and taking some knowledge from what my mate said about it

Spurs have always been a noisier crowd than arsenal though. And good luck to them if they can recreate the din they made last night when they move to the new place.

Quite possibly although the design of the new stadium does not help Arsenal. I used to live in North London and watched both teams. The atmosphere at Highbury was pretty decent although WHL was perhaps better as it is a much more compact stadium.

You basically agreed with me other than the pubs and height to be fair I'd genuinely prefer to be us playing in front of 17-19k than West Ham at an athletics stadium of 55k

I completely agree with you Basically, to sum it up in a sentence: The stadium facilities are awesome, it's a great stadium but there's zero atmosphere - It's just not a football stadium.

All going swimmingly at West Ham then on 08:33 - Jan 5 with 1370 views | Ftnfwest | been a couple of times with west ham mate. It rocks there when they're going well but tumbleweed when they're not, like a lot of places i suppose. It's all what look like temporary food and drink stalls all around the ground although we tend to go to a microbrewery/tank bar round the corner pre match which is very good. Overall seemed to have improved between september (1st visit) and december (2nd).

It's not £10 a pint though. Last time I went it was about £4.30 a pint which is quite reasonable. What happens though is some people pay nearly a fiver for a bottle of beer and then say it's £10 a pint (2 bottles). That equation doesn't ring true though, otherwise I could say my local is £7.60 a pint.
