I have respect for anyone who can have the discipline to do what to me is effectively a 'diet', and people who can do any 'diet' really!
Anyone who think's it's that way or no way and has to go on and on about that clearly has issues with why they do it though. |  |

The issue is people hiding in the dark about what is actually being promoted.
It's not a debate about the benefits of yoga or your favourite flavour of crisp. There are direct impacts from meat consumption on the environment and the sufferinf of living things.
I don't understand how anyone can accept that as a grey area. Nor can others it seems, it's defence menchanism to avoid reality.
I've said so many times on here even cutting down meat is doing something to help. So this whole "all or nothing" opinion is simply not true. |  |
