Would rather we give players like Ndaba a go than fill the squad out with even more players that will hardly be used. Obviously I don't want to judge a player before he is here, but to still be loaned out to an Irish first division side at 20 doesn't scream talented at me. At the same time I guess it won't cost us too much so why not.

Don't think Ndaba is up to it quality wise or attitude wise which I think has been obvious through Mick and Lambert's reign.

In terms of a player being loaned out at 20 to a lesser league is harsh to say the least. The vast majority of young players benefit from loan deals and I think sometimes the division is irrelevant. Getting them playing real football where points are on the line is far more important. Players also develop at different ages and 20 is still extremely young, especially for a centre half.

He is 19 and has played 4 games so if you are right I guess Woolfenden will be here for another couple of years.

What odds could we get on Lambert playing Toto and trying to justify it with 'Toto a good lad who is proven at this level' or similar such?

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

January 2022 :

Ipswich Town defender Luke McNally will spend the second half of the season on loan to Waterford. McNally has yet to feature for the Ipswich first-team since signing from St Patrick's Athletic in June 2020, spending time out on loan at his former club.

If we’re in this market we could do worse than take a look at Neil Farrugia.

Which mugs can we offload Nsiala off to? Presumably it would be free as well.

What a waste of money he has been.
