I can't say I know him that well but seems OK, can be a bit spiky on occasion but managers do tend to be, certainly not actively difficult or unpleasant unlike some.
As for the rest, my personal jury is firmly out at present and I don't think he would have been given a second chance to get us promoted from League One at a lot of clubs. And he is probably well aware of that himself. |  | | |
