It looked like everybody was pulling in the same direction.... on the pitch at least.

So much pressure built up on the side today and Lambert as well.

Fantastic to perform like that.

We have to use it as a platform to build from. But the pre-season work has paid off when it actually mattered and a big confidence boost.

All the negative stuff being said but that's what we have hit back with. Fantastic.

Same again at Wigan and very close to that team! Changes fine for Tuesday.

Poll: Genuine answers please on what you would choose next season!

Early days of course and we have to remember it’s just one game, but if we play like that far more often this season, I doubt many on here will be complaining too much. For all the negativity coming out from the club through various stories and rumours that display today was very heartening indeed.

Poll: Where are we going to finish?

Didn’t mean to down be, tried to uppie but fat fingers on small phone problems.

Agree with that post entirely, after all the negativity floating around, consistent posts of ‘stories’ and then we bounce back like that, very good indeed.

That wasn’t a performance from a team that didn’t believe in what the manager is trying to do, or a dressing room which the manager had ‘lost’.

The work ethic from all as well was outstanding, pressing and intensity, hands on knees in the final few minutes. Very good from all.

Poll: Would you be happy with Paul Lambert?

A simple joke but it's sailed over quite a few heads.

Truly impaired.

We wouldn’t have blue nets or blue changing rooms if he wasn’t. Imagine.
