Injuries like that are often the result of poor conditioning or not warming up properly - especially in training when you aren't at game pace |  |

I'm not upset about the injury, these things happen - our issue tends to be more the rehab of them. This is billed as '6 weeks or more' which is strange terminology for a start, but who expects to see him in an U23s game, or back training properly in 6 weeks.... | |

So, mid November return then, which sounds about right but they're a notoriously difficult injury to put a time on.
When I did mine (Which was ridiculously painful), the physio advised he could get me playing in 6wks with twice weekly sessions and an exercise routine but he couldn't help me with the mental side so much - ie, trusting it and not worrying about it going again and being back to square one.
