I’ve only managed to watch the Doncaster and Gillingham games and have been very disappointed. I’m in two minds about purchasing tonight’s game and wonder if those two games were a ‘blip’ or is that just our normal standard now. |  | | |  |

Indeed it was , as were parts of a few others; 2nd half Wigan , bits of Bristol Rovers and Rochdale, but , Blackpool apart they were a bit spotty. | | | |

We're not consistent.
Defensively we look organised (if not some odd moments individually)
Midfield does look great when going forward at times, but we're still a little unsure without the ball.
Some great passages of play here and there, then not.

On the whole playing some nice stuff and sticking with the same way of playing despite a couple of defeats.

Yep. First 5 or 6 up to and including Blackpool that others have mentioned were very good. Streets ahead of last year's start of season performances. We've got glass confidence though. |  |

The irritating thing is for the last 2 seasons (possibly more) we have played well in sections, but really poorly in others. We are rarely good over 90 minutes. |  |

I would class it as 'quite good' and 'slightly better' performance wise as compared with early games last season.
