Boycotting iFollow and Planet Blue until Phil gets reinstated. If Lambert is still here when that happens then I may continue, depending on how it's handled and how much further Lambert has soured relations by then.

P.s. if anyone is boycotting its probably worth emailing the club so they realise the current situation is costing them revenue.

3) Performance of Lambert

No more expenditure on ITFC until Lambert is gone and Phil is back

Certainly no longer paying for ifollow until Lambert is gone, donations made to the charity as per yesterday.

Not attending games until he's gone.

However....a moral dilemma....Woodbridge Blue junior wants an Itfc Christmas jumper from Planet Blue. Do I get one, using the vouchers from last season's unattended games?

He's 14 and almost as much anti-Lambert as me, but it's Christmas......

What Lambert doesn't seem to get is that it's much deeper than results and performances. I'm sure many of us who are staying away wouldn't be if he didn't behave in the way he did. We've lost plenty of times before and gone through some proper rotten spells, but his attitude towards fans, the press and the youngsters just isn't Ipswich at all.

Losses I can deal with, bad days at the office I can deal with, but these Trumpian, petulant outbursts I can't.

Dear Sir / Madam, it is with sadness and frustration, that after 46 years as a supporter, I have decided to boycott paying any money that would benefit the club. My reasons for this difficult decision are my dismay at the club’s demise in recent years and the treatment of Philip Ham, the journalist who has been banned from press conferences. ITFC was always a family club with a proud community connection. The club has been in free fall in recent years and nobody at the club is willing to admit responsibility for this demise.
The club will not receive another penny from me, either through IFollow match passes or other purchases until there are significant attempts to communicate with supporters and action to reverse the demise of the club.

It's bizarre that things aren't being cooled down at all. All they're doing is stoking the flames.

Anyway, here's my little effort that won't be read by anyone:

"Good morning,

As you may know, since Sunday I have been actively encouraging other fans to boycott iFollow and instead give what they'd spend on match day passes to a local good cause.
As outlined in the appeal, this is due to a number of important factors, including Paul Lambert's banning of Phil Ham from press conferences, his attacks on other members of the press and his hostility towards fans.Â

We have stuck with the Club through thick and thin, and to now be treated in this way by the Club is nothing short of a disgrace.

This won't go away by itself, like you seem to think it will.

Reports of security guards patrolling Playford Road to stop fans putting up banners in protest and of fences being installed to stop other clubs spying on us are laughable and tinpot. What would any other team learn from spying on us? Maybe they need a chuckle, who knows?

Mr Evans' priorities are all wrong. And unless he addresses the real issues at this Club, he will not be receiving a penny from me and many others.

I won't expect a reply, just like the hundreds of others you have ignored.

The Trust isn't fit to speak up for us, so in the meantime we shall continue to vote with our wallets.

I'd consider charity shops for any ITFC merch for the time being.

That way you can still rep ITFC but the money goes to a charity rather than the club, which at this point in time is probably better.
