I actually found myself agreeing with a number of points he made in his discussions about the way things are behind the scenes and almost forget he's really bad at managing ITFC (if not any football club)

It's probably been said already, but if we're stuck with him, why not move him into a role where he can deal with the infrastructure of the club and let someone with (hopefully) better coaching ability come in to manage the team.
I'm not a fan of him as a manager, but even the outers must realise he is making sense on some level with the infrastructure comments, maybe its time he changes his role in football as management of the team is not his forte any more. |  | | |

Dave Bowman was pretty close to Evans with regards to recruitment, Lambert sidelined him as a Northern Scout or similar.

You're being very generous there, but I wouldn't want him taking anymore money out of the club. And it would be embarrassing to sack him from first team duties and then move him upstairs (for us and for him).
If Evans wants to restructure the club there's plenty of people he knows in the game who can give him some pointers. | |
