Different gravy! Plymouth and Wycombe home form is very good… 17:03 - Oct 28 with 1467 viewsunstableblue

Plymouth have played 8, won 5 and drawn 3 (scoring 14, conceding 5)

Wycombe have played 6, won 6 (scoring 13, conceding 6)

Ay karumba

So neither has lost at home this season!

Ipswich have played 6 games away, won 2, drawn 1 and lost 3 (scoring 10 and conceding 8)

2 points would be good, 4 glorious, 6 dreamland

Can see us taking a few steps back in these games though, and conceding some goals!

So 2 0-0s then :)

Cracking games coming up. Can't see any winners getting more than 1 goal ahead.

4 would be lovely.

6, means we are going up 100%.

Plymouth 1 - 3 Town
Wycombe 1 - 1 Town

4 points.
That'll do very nicely

Clearly both our toughest tests yet and some on here will be sharpening their quills in anticipation.

Anything out of either of them would be encouraging.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

I'm not fearing these fixtures like I was a month or so ago, but undoubtedly they'll be tough matches. Hoping it'll be a couple of games that our players will truly show what we've been expecting of them, but I honestly have no idea what'll happen. Would be delighted staying unbeaten and playing well, keeping momentum going and absolutely ecstatic with 4 or 6 points.

I’m surprised at the number of people on here who think we have a better shot against Plymouth than we do against Wycombe. I think it’s the other way round personally. Hoping for 3 points from these fixtures. COYBs!!!

Why? Wycombe’s style of football is what we’ve found difficult to defend against this season. I think we’ll beat Plymouth and scratch something out at Wycombe.

My mathematical prowess leads me to believe that Wycombe must therefore have won all of those games 2-1, except one which they won 3-1.

Am I right? Implies that they're sneaky buggars.

Wycombes home wins this season:- Crewe, Gillingham, Morecambe (yes I know we couldn’t beat them), Charlton, Lincoln, Accrington.

I admit that it’s impressive that they’ve won them all, but those teams are all towards the bottom of the league, and most of those matches were marginal wins with 2 injury time winners (Crewe, Morecambe). Don’t get me wrong, both games will be tough.
