Yeah, have to be honest at the game it looked to me like it had bounced over him but seeing the highlights he gets an important touch. Have done him a disservice. Geenral point about our start stands though, could easily have been further behind before we got level. | |

We're mid table because it took us 7 games to register a win at the start of the season.
Yes there's lots of room for improvement, but we don't need to actually improve that much to get to where we want to be and 3 wins in 4 gives us every reason to be optimistic that McKenna can deliver. |  |

Yes, it is a big shame we can't look after ourselves, come from behind and win games like this. How disappointing that we lost it 3-0.
McKenna actually spoke in his interview after the match about how they had discussed psychology of dealing with going behind and sticking to our principles when behind after the Bolton game. How often did we come from behind under our previous two managers? This is different. We have a coach and a man manager now.

AS have had some good results against top sides so don't think we should underestimate the win today.
We rarely play well against big sides so it was really satisfying that we managed to get 3 points. Can't really understand why they resorted to play-acting over slightest knocks but Ref bought it so guess it worked!! |  | | |

Can’t say I enjoyed it particularly but that was mainly down to Stanley’s kick it, get a flick on and hope runners pick up the seconds approach mixed with their playground nonsense. I was expecting a lot more from Bishop to be honest.
Thought we did OK on the ball at times with Celina finding those little pockets well. We weren’t at the races first 20 minutes and it could have been two or three, which is concerning. That said we looked more assured second half and a bit more up for the fight than in previous months. Would have been interesting to see if Norwood would have been on the pitch at the final whistle had he started given the tussle he was having last 15. |  |
