My biggest fear was having another coach who liked pretty football. Get nasty. Put some diags in and get the ball into the box. No point having pigs and nors on the pitch if you're not getting them in the box. |  |

I’m happy to give it time but Gillingham away aside, it’s not been inspiring enough to warrant the sacking of Cook imo. | |

2) You've made the assumption that a new manager will be a continuation of tactics and style as the previous manager and thus he shouldn't need games - this is clearly not the case in virtually every managerial change.

…but we created though and more often than not, had threat. In the last four games we’ve seen all the defensive frailties we had under Cook only we’re carrying less potency in the final third. At the moment, we’re struggling at home to Gillingham who we walked over a month ago. Why? This should be a walk in the park. | |
