Or that the police should be more proactive about getting potential jumpers off the bridge, pull them off rather than talk them down.
Or if ,as I was told by a very dubious source, this was the same person who makes repeated threats to jump off the bridge then that person needs some good mental health help. Though there is very little chance of that happening with Norfolk and Suffolk Mental Health Authority. Mind you, if a fraction of the money needed for the northern bypass was instead put into that pot, then maybe they would have a chance of getting help. | |

Given the amount of housing development currently going on on the northern outskirts of Ipswich, the bypass will probably be back on the agenda in the next 5 years or so....

Wasn't that crossing Gummers plan, so he goes and it's off the menu, Martin comes and goes, has it raised it's head again? Also I see a group has been formed to try and sort the towns travel issues, led by......Dr Dan Poulter, a leading (also being led) voice in blocking the proposed Northern by pass routes, led by his wealthy friends in the northern areas around Ipswich, a main one being Lord Deben, who happens to be Gummers dad! All while he sits in his office in Eye. Eye! Meanwhile HIS constituents which spread down to Castle Hill, The Crofts, Whitton continue to suffer when the bridge goes tits up. Wheres Geater gone these days, he was also vocal in The Stars' campaign against it. Bealings, Playford, Witnisham, Westerfield will soon be rat runs when the Garden Suburb fills up. | | | |
