They can’t train the ones in essential roles like doctors, nurses, policemen. What chance we can find and train fruit pickers.
Absolute charlatans
Cue a number of new Tory backed 'companies' stepping forward for fat government contracts to offer courses in raspberry picking and loganberry sorting.
It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
So more sanctions on the sick, the disabled and the mentally unwell are actually a means to train UK workers for jobs. Well, well.
No recognition of who has been in government for the past 13 years and has grossly underfunded training. Or whose loony idea (brexit) means there is a shortage of lorry drivers, or that due to the endless Brexit delays it is no longer a decent paying job.
Which government has overseen a dire shortage of housing, leaving hundreds of thousands stuck in forgotten parts of the country *
Seasonal work has been part of the worldwide economy for over a hundred years. Only someone one as thick as a rightie would be so stupid as to spout such sh it as to have folk think she is clueless about the nature of employment (Truss).
* Forgotten ? What about that levelling up thing ? Johnson is busy (abroad somewhere) helping to level up the red wall. ... I think. Mind you, it could have just been another of his lies to get elected.

Or 'publicans who are friends of matt halfcock' as such companies are also known.
I was just reading that lorry drivers were included in that, well as DVLA have now had my license since last September with no sign of allowing me to drive anything beyond a car then perhaps a look at how we're actually going to train any fecker might help.
No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.
In the next speech Rees-Mogg talked about how expanding childcare support wasn't conservative. How are they going to fill these jobs if they expect a large proportion of the UK population to be stay at home parents and don't want immigration either?
-the point is this is not about HGV drivers, fruit picking or xchild care. it is about blaiming others for the past 13 years.
Germany did not lose the war in 1918, it was 'stabbed in the back'. Just as Brexit has not failed, it has not been implemented properly.
This, I suspect, is what the majority of Tory party members want to hear.
Truss did not fail because she tried to introduce Brexit finance, it was because she was halted before it could 'deliver'. Johnson did not lose three by-elections because he was a lying incompetent. He did not have over 60 (more to follow) MPs and ministers resin and polled the LOWEST ever favourable polling because of that incompetence. No he was 'stabbed in the back'.
This lie served to salve the conscience of a workforce that needed a grievance (scapegoat) in order to work for a 'greater good'. Any loss of democracy or tolerance was accepted, as to be otherwise was seen as playing into the hands of the so called traitors (stab in the back). i suspect Braverman either does understand the paralleles with history or is blinded by the promise that she could becaom PM, if she just does as she is told and reads out what is written.
The question is this the beginnings of a new world order as these National Conservative (not enough) Workers Party would have, or the rant of a dying creed. Tens of thousands of German soldiers were executed (hung) by roving bands of SS soldiers as being though traitors (deserters). The irony of these SS not being at the front was not lost, if not spoken of. How many former righties will now be denounced by these holders of the sacred flame ?
The use of the slogan “Work, Family, and Fatherland " by French Na zis will not have gone unnoticed by many, when listening to todays. A crude attempt to play the extreme right card, by a bunch of rightwing cranks desperate for power.
They have nothing to offer, other than a reminder that 'History repeats itself, first as a tragedy, second as a farce”. That farce is now a sick joke, being played out as a reminder to those who were stupid enough to believe their lies, and those who still do.

I love your rants against the Tories Harry, please don't ever lose that fire and passion.
Just to cheer you up, I am imagining Sue Ellen on the steps of No 10 having just been made Prime Minister and giving her interpretation of the famous Thatcher/ Francis of Assisi speech

Excellent Harry - from now on I shall refer to those people as "Spodes" and I encourage the whole of the mainstream media to do the same!
You are the obsolete SRN4 to my Fairey Rotodyne....

"Where there is hope, may we bring despair
Where there is probity, may we bring grift
Where there is order, may we bring chaos
Where there is kindness, may we bring hate
Where there is tea, may we bring Custard Creams"
err, I must confess, there is an element of tongue in cheek re the language used, however it does upset the cap doffers and forelock tuggers on here
As to anger, any such emotion is about the poverty inflicted on the vulnerable - and towards the Quislings who facilitate the actions of these odious types
It is not the tiger, but the cnts who opened the cage that are ultimately responsible .... otherwise

Easy, £80k, car allowance and private healthcare for people that can skilfully pick a Strawberry using specially engineered tweezers.
Available to order online exclusively for Tory MP’s funded by non-dom billionaires. £27.98 per Strawberry.
I am sure Sue Ellen would buy into that, and Priti Patel would laugh at buying something for less than twenty eleventy pounds.
All purchased on expenses I would assume? If so I think it has legs, and could be expanded beyond the Tories too.
