Is it likely do you think that the Three Lions are likely to look for personal investment to increase their own shares? Presumably as more gets invested over time then their own shares will be further diluted and eroded? Or do you think they believe that the returns will be so good that even smaller percentages will be worthwhile?

How much in terms of cash is a 5% stake in the club? I guess promotion to the PL would more than double the value of the club?

For those interested in finances on 09:45 - Aug 14 with 1587 views | the_toff | Bit hard to compare anything to a the covid impacted year. I imagine the last season was better by way of revenues, what with something of a cup run and the full houses we saw for league games. Commercial revenues will likely be up on that too with record shirt sales. I wouldn’t be surprised if revenue was more like £16m for 22/23. At a guess we would be -£10m EBITDA last season and perhaps on track to half that this year with the increased commercial and ticket revenues (in part offset by increases salaries). | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I think their investment will continue to be diluted, simply as the sums invested by the pension fund are so significant. This from the confirmation statement submitted to Companies House in June shows the ownership of Gamechanger 20 Ltd in terms of share numbers as of April this year. Yes, and that's presumably why the Three Lions and Marcus Evans aren't concerned about the size of their stake being reduced as the value of the company is increasing.

There'll probably be a "mercenary" or two in there as well.
