To be fair it does look pretty horrific from that. Way too fast for a residential street as well.

No corner involved. They've come through a little tunnel under a railway, only wide enough for one car, (hence the traffic light).
Looks to me like whoever was driving, did the Top Gear thing of blipping the throttle in the tunnel to amplify the engine noise, but road is a little damp and they've over accelerated lost the back end as they've come out of the tunnel.
Long story short this is the eternal story of a two hat causing an accident because they were showing off to their mates in a car, sheer lucks that no one was walking along the pavement or there was a car oncoming.
I was thinking that if Bonne is absent today the Colchester supporters might be singing 'Where's Macauley Bonne?' to this tune - and that was even before I realised who the artist was. (Granted. not all supporters are old enough to remember this smash!)
