My only concern is that he looks much happier on his right foot when delivering, so we may miss some of the first time quality that Davis has on that flank (although tbf Davis is really something special so we’ll miss a lot of what he does). |  | | |

Yep, he knew what he was doing. It was just after Leif got away from him to set up the goal. He did a similar thing to Williams at the end, "accidently" standing on him when he was down. Impossible to prove intent so he gets away with it.
To be fair to them there was such a gulf in footballing talent that a bit of thuggery was their only chance. |  | | |

This is also my concern. It changes the dynamic somewhat having a right footer at LB. Such a shame for Davis but keeping fingers crossed that it's not too serious. |  |

Such a shame, such bad luck. However, McKenna is the best manager we've had in an age and oi reckon will adapt how we play a bit to compensate for the missed Davis assists. Our last managers would simply put someone inferior in and play the same way and hope for the best :) I mean sure, McK will probably do a bit of that too, but you get the point. |  |

Looked like that at the time. Let's hope it's not grade 3 cos that's him out for months, and can be a recurring problem i.e. adversely affect his whole career.
Fingers crossed stretched ligaments or minor tear only.
