Sunderland have made a promising start at Leicester. Really taking the game to them and possibly should be 1 up.

Feels like Leicester are on course for 200 points and 200 goals.

Does feel like the biggest example of a Prem team being in the Championship there has been. Incredibly Town like to choose that season to be just behind them.

Burnley looked a class apart last season but I think these will be a level up from that.

Newcastle a few years back were a class above.

All credit to the manager I think, if they made the wrong appointment may have been a different story.

They're ridiculous. It's just a case of when not if they get crowned champions imo. Even better than Burnley were last year - wouldn't surprise me one bit if they beat the 106 points record

They were probably the best team to be relegated from the Prem for a while if you consider their league positions prior to last season.

I'm happy we are playing them later in the season, even a super side is due some sort of cool off eventually.

Also, I rate Sunderland as one of the better challengers.

Here's a thought. Even if we had won every single game we've played this season, we'd still be three points off top spot as it stands.

I’m watching Norwich. I’ve seen some of their support refer to us as being not very good etc - not sure what that makes them! They try to play like us but are just not very good at it. Rowe looks a very good player though.

Sunderland giving it a good go though. Just an awful goal to give away

....but nothing more and the rest of them are absolutely toilet.

They've got no strength in midfield, their centre forward is hopeless and their defence is incredibly slow.

I can't see any sort of shape to the team and have no idea what their "style" is.

Boro could be 3 or 4 up.

(norwich will still probably win)

Agreed. And lucky old us having to compete for the toughest ever automatic promotion spot last season and now having one of the best ever Championship sides to go against!

You just know that if we go up, you'd need 50 points to avoid the bottom three in the Prem next year.

Back to back seasons of getting 90+ points and not winning the league?!

Ya know what, I couldn't care less what happens if we have a (P) next to our name.

They've missed a couple of good chances too. Personally think Leicester are a bit lucky to be in front on the overall balance of play. I've not been as impressed by them as some seem to be, they're organised and have some individual quality but Sunderland have more than held their own.

Got to say, Sunderland would've slaughtered most other teams tonight. Played really well.

In the games where they're not turning teams over, Leicester will do enough in the others.
